A convicted felon was arrested Friday evening after Santa Rosa police allegedly discovered a stolen loaded handgun and suspected narcotics during a traffic stop, authorities said.
Officers with the Santa Rosa Police Department stopped a converted passenger van at about 6:11 p.m. Friday in the 2200 block of Cleveland Avenue. During the stop, officers reported seeing a marijuana cigarette inside the van and smelling fresh and burnt marijuana, police said.
