FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — An adult and a child were hospitalized after they were struck by an elderly driver who had crashed into a farmers’ market stand on Saturday.
According to a post from the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) shortly after noon, officers said crews responded to reports of a pedestrian crash in the 10000 block of Main Street.

There, the adult and child were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police said the driver, a woman, was not injured in the crash.
