Police in Bucks County are asking homeowners to check their home surveillance cameras after a man was caught on video breaking into several cars and stealing a truck.
According to the Upper Make field Township Police Department, officers were called to the Wilkes Manor neighborhood early in the morning of Sunday, July 26.
