Peter Sima said his favorite part of his new home at Crossbridge Point is “everything,” because it represents another step toward becoming the “good man” his family raised him to be.
Crossbridge Point is an 18-home neighborhood for people with developmental disabilities at Wild Air that was developed through a partnership with Old Town Companies and the nonprofit Independent Living for Adults with Developmental Disabilities.
The addition of Crossbridge Point is part of Old Town’s vision for the development “to be inclusive, integrated and multigenerational,” according to ILADD Executive Director Andy Kirby.
