(WFRV) – A driver in Winnebago County was arrested Saturday night for his 5th OWI after refusing to perform a standardized field sobriety test following a traffic stop.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, on July 25 around 8:50 p.m., the Winnebago County 911 Dispatch broadcasted a driving complaint of a red Chevrolet sedan traveling north on I-41.

The complaint reported that the vehicle was traveling at varying speeds and was unable to stay within their designated lane.
