KSean N. Simms, 27, of St. Louis was recently arrested after being charged for stealing from stores in Arnold. He allegedly worked with another person to steal kitchen appliances and a go cart on three separate occasions from Target, 3849 Vogel Road, and Walmart, 2201 Michigan Ave., in Arnold, according to court documents.
Simms was booked on July 17 at the Jefferson County Jail in Hillsboro, and as of Monday, July 20, he was being held without bond, court and jail records show.
