Bossier City Chick-fil-A moves drive-thru orders indoors

BOSSIER CITY, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — A local Chick-fil-A restaurant has temporarily moved its drive-through order-taking indoors amid extreme heat, suspending the chain’s trademark practice of sending employees outside to greet customers.

The Bossier City location announced last week that team members will take drive-through orders through the speaker system rather than at outdoor stations to protect workers from dangerous temperatures.
