Between the Saratoga Race Course and Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), the stars were out in the Spa City this weekend.
With 2 days off between shows, it appears Guns N’ Roses arrived in the Capital Region Saturday in anticipation of Sunday’s concert at SPAC. What does an iconic rock star do with his time off?
