Tamarac will soon have a new industrial building on Hiatus Road.
The project will be known as Coast Logistics and will add a light industrial building at 5600 North Hiatus Road.
During a recent meeting, the commission granted site plan approval to allow the applicant, Butters Construction & Development, to demolish an existing one-story, 19,983 square foot professional school building that had been the site of the Gold Coast School, which offered real estate education, and the construction of a new 84,245 square foot industrial warehouse building, according to city information…
