HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Police were dispatched to Red Bank Road in Evansville in reference to a motor vehicle accident on Sunday.
When officers arrived, the suspect, Daniel Ferguson, stated he had been drinking, he was drunk and he had done this before.
