RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — After two people were stabbed in Richmond while they were sleeping outside, local homeless advocates are highlighting the vulnerability of people without housing and pushing to connect them with more resources.
On July 18, police say two people were stabbed, one deadly, in Richmond while sleeping outside. The suspect, who has been charged with stabbing a responding officer but not the other two stabbings, is also reported to be unhoused.
