Initial information from DownDetector and other data sources indicate tens of thousands of people have already reported that their TMobile service is not functioning. It’s unclear if the outage is due to a specific data or relay center. TMobile has posted nothing to its website as of late Monday afternoon.
Cell service for the provider is not functioning, however, calls can still be made over WiFi. Modern Apple and Android phones have a toggle in settings to “make calls over WiFi.” Toggle it “on” if you haven’t previously done this.
