CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A 59-year-old woman suffered burn injuries after a fire Monday afternoon at the Starling Village Apartments, according to the Chesapeake Fire Department.
Chesapeake Dispatch received multiple 911 calls in reference to smoke and flames coming from an apartment at approximately 12 p.m. Upon arrival, firefighters observed smoke coming from a third floor apartment.
