Thousands of Broward County Public Schools students and teachers will return to class this fall in different classrooms following six school closures — as officials prepare for another round of campus shutdowns.
The School Board is scheduled to meet Aug. 25 to review Superintendent Howard Hepburn’s next round of recommended school closures and consolidations, which would take effect for the 2027-28 school year.
