Casino mogul Steve Wynn’s massive Beverly Hills estate has finally sold more than five years after he first began marketing the property.
Situated on a private road off lower Benedict Canyon in the infamous 90210 ZIP code, the sprawling property dubbed “Villa Lulu” sold for $47.75 million, a huge reduction from the original off-market price of $135 million. It was officially put on the market for $110 million in 2021 and then was relisted several times, each time with a significant discount. When the home went pending in early July, it was priced at $50 million.
The sale marks the priciest sale so far this year in Beverly Hills, but listing agent Leonard Rabinowitz of Christie’s International Real Estate told SFGATE, “We’re a little disappointed about the price.”…
