The family of a 23-year-old Stockton Navy veteran are pleading with the community to help locate their loved one after he was last seen on July 19 at In-N-Out.
O’bonjai “Bonj” Skaggs was last seen leaving the In-N-Out located at 2727 W. March Lane wearing a purple short-sleeved shirt, black shorts and dark colored shoes, according to the Stockton Police Department.
Police said Skaggs was riding home on his bicycle before he went missing. The bicycle was located, but Skaggs still remains missing.
He is described as being six feet, four inches tall, 170 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, and his race is “mixed,” according to the missing person flyer from Stockton police…
