A San Jose livestreamer said he was “truly heartbroken” after gunfire erupted at his birthday party near Morgan Hill, killing a friend and wounding six other people as hundreds fled the gathering.
The streamer, known online as NateDeBaiits, said the man who died Saturday night was a former classmate and friend. Santa Clara County authorities had not publicly identified the victim or announced an arrest as of Monday.
