MARLBOROUGH – A crowd of Marlborough Fire Department personnel, alumni, family members, friends, and city officials gathered at the department’s Maple Street headquarters on July 23 to celebrate the promotion of six individuals.
City Clerk Steven Kerrigan read the oath of office to Assistant Fire Chief Michael Peckham, Battalion Chief Jonathan Ayotte, Captain Michael Cisek, Lieutenant Richard Duong, Lieutenant Matthew Vickery, and Provisional Lieutenant Colin Richardson. Many of the newly promoted firefighters were sworn in alongside their wives and children.
