Protective orders detail allegations against Owasso murder-suicide suspect before killings
OWASSO, Okla. – The suspect in last week’s murder-suicide in Owasso was under federal investigation after allegations he molested a teenage girl surfaced weeks before the killings, according to Owasso Police, the FBI and court records.
