SILVER SPRING TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) – A local police department is seeking community donations for a new K9 officer.
Silver Spring Township Police Department K9 Officer David Frascella penned a letter explaining that the department will soon need a replacement for K9 Tracker, who is nearing retirement after nine years of service.
