NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Nashville Electric Service has confirmed Chief Operating Officer Brent Baker is no longer serving in the role, following a leadership reorganization announced during last week’s Electric Power Board meeting.
The change drew attention Monday after Metro Councilwoman Joy Styles posted on social media that Baker had been removed as chief operating officer, calling the move “finally” and arguing someone needed to be held accountable for the utility’s response to Winter Storm Fern.
