In case you haven’t heard, one of the most wonderful milestones in our community happened recently, the grand opening of the Ronald McDonald House Shreveport-Bossier.
Located right next to Willis-Knighton South, this incredible facility opened its doors to provide a home away from home for families with seriously ill or injured children receiving care at local hospitals. With 20 family suites, daily meals, laundry facilities, and play spaces, it offers comfort, support, and hope, completely free of charge, when families need it most.
While the facility itself is a dream come true, keeping it running smoothly takes a village. Right now, our local Ronald McDonald House needs our help with one of their most vital needs: providing nightly home-cooked meals for resident families…
