A Fargo-based developer is starting an “active adult” neighborhood for those 55 and older.
Emra Sioux Falls plans to break ground next week southeast of the Six Mile Road and Arrowhead Parkway intersection
It will include 95 one- and two-bedroom floor plans with large private balconies and underground parking.
Community amenities will include a yoga studio, golf simulator, fitness center, large community gathering areas and landscaped ponds with walking trails.
