A Gwinnett County child was reunited with his family after a good Samaritan saw him walking in the middle of a busy road and got him to safety.
Channel 2 Gwinnett County Bureau Chief Matt Johnson was near Lilburn, where the Samaritan, Tim Fletcher, said the boy has special needs.
