CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -Jonathan Widman has hung a banner in his front yard, right in from of the garden he says helped transform this block.
“Number one, I started my garden here,” Widman explained. “There was not one house on our street that was landscaped at all, and I just made an asset to the neighborhood.”
