Alachua’s Legacy Park will be a one-stop shop on Saturday for school supplies and health testing with the Alachua Police Department’s Back 2 School giveaway event and the University of Florida Health Cancer Institute’s Community Health Day.
From 9 a.m. to noon, Alachua police will give away free backpacks and school supplies at the park (15400 Peggy Rd., Alachua).
