LANCASTER, Pa. (WHTM) – Police are investigating a crash that injured a young bicyclist in Lancaster.
The Lancaster City Bureau of Police says that on July 27 around 7:37 p.m., an officer was flagged down regarding a crash on the 400 block of S. Prince Street.
