Man who works in ESM district sent inappropriate messages to juvenile he mentored, police say

Manlius, N.Y. — A contracted employee in the East Syracuse Minoa School District was arrested Monday after police say he sent inappropriate messages to a juvenile he mentored.

Manlius police arrested 33-year-old Edward D. Reed, who goes by “Dillon,” of Syracuse, according to a news release issued Tuesday by the Manlius Police Department.
