MANLIUS, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A student support specialist assigned to the East Syracuse Minoa School District is accused of sending a middle school student text messages that “depicted nudity and sexual conduct,” police stated in court paperwork obtained by NewsChannel 9.
33-year-old Edward Reed, known as “Dillon,” was arrested by the Manlius Police Department on Monday, July 27.
