DEL CITY, Okla. (KFOR) — A Del City man is in jail after police say he sent inappropriate messages to a teenage girl and tried meeting up with her.
The investigation began in June, after a parent found inappropriate messages on their 14-year-old daughter’s phone from 59-year-old Kevin Lilly and reported them to the Del City Police Department.
