OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma County judge has denied a Stand Your Ground motion filed by one of the three men charged in the fatal beating of an Oklahoma City man after a concert last year.
During a hearing on Monday, District Judge Cindy Truong denied Mario Dewayne Glover’s request for immunity from prosecution under Oklahoma’s Stand Your Ground law.
