ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) — Bernalillo County District Attorney Sam Bregman said a judge ruled Tuesday that Andrea Campos will remain in custody while her case moves through the judicial process. Campos is accused in a string of burglaries across Albuquerque.

Investigators said Campos is connected to a string of burglaries. In March, detectives said Campos burglarized a home, stealing jewelry, electronics and more. They said the homeowner’s credit card was used to make fraudulent purchases, including Botox from a spa.
In May, police said Campos and another woman broke into a vehicle parked at Lovelace Medical Center. They said security video shows the pair smashing a window and stealing things from the car. In June, investigators said Campos was captured on security camera entering a senior living community. An employee reported his laptop, backpack and wallet were stolen from the front desk while he was assisting residents.
