INWOOD—A 61-year-old Canton, SD, man was arrested about 6:25 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, near Inwood on charges of first-offense operating while under the influence and possession of an open container of alcohol.
The arrest of Terry William Keiser stemmed from the stop of a 1997 Ford F-150 near the intersection of 280th Street and Cherry Avenue, about four miles south of Inwood following a report of the pickup being driven erratically by an off-duty officer, according to the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office.
