ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Kaleb Bourdukofsky plead guilty to manslaughter in a case involving the shooting death of Diego Joe, entering plea deal in Anchorage superior court on Tuesday.
24-year-old Bourdukofsky was charged with the murder of Joe, which unfolded on Anchorage’s downtown streets in the early hours of the morning in June 2024. Bourdukofsky was initially indicted on 19 charges including first-degree murder, second-degree murder, second-degree misconduct with weapons, and second and third-degree assault.
Bourdukofsky pleaded guilty to a felony count of manslaughter, assault in the second degree, and a misdemeanor count of assault in the fourth degree. In exchange for the plea, state prosecution agreed to drop all other charges…
