A group of D.C. neighbors said they’re nervous to go outside, with residents telling News4 one of their neighbors has a home with more than a dozen dogs inside, some of them pit bulls.
Documents obtained by News4 show the police have been called to the house more than once, and in one case, the dog owner was bitten by their own pets.
