LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – A man who admitted to driving drunk and causing a fatal crash in Lansing last year is scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday.
Kaden Knight pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated causing death, reckless driving causing death and additional charges related to assaulting a police officer.
The charges stem from an Aug. 17, 2025, crash in Lansing. Police said Knight was driving on Center Street when he ran a stop sign at Oakland Avenue and struck the driver’s side of a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Tyler Coffey. Coffey died from his injuries…
