(KRON) — The Hercules Police Department said a grand theft investigation is underway after an Oakland man allegedly stole a jackhammer, valued at more than $2,000, from a Home Depot store.
HPD said an officer responded at 3:16 p.m. Monday to 1625 Sycamore Avenue for a report of theft that occurred Sunday.
