INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man is facing animal cruelty charges after he allegedly went to work while his dogs were left in a hot car.
Officers from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched at around 2:40 p.m. on July 19 to a Walmart location on N Keystone Ave.
