Ronald Clarke has sold his Jupiter waterfront mansion for $16.26 million, handing the keys to a Minnesota business couple after just a few years in one of Admirals Cove’s most lavish homes.
The buyers are Marten Goulet and Lindsey Goulet, while Clarke is the billionaire CEO and chairman of Corpay. The deal was first reported Wednesday by the South Florida Business Journal, which also published photos of the property.
Admirals Cove mansion offered dockage, pool and serious square footage
The two-story home spans about 9,290 square feet on roughly two-thirds of an acre, with five bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a private pool and spa, a three-car garage and about 102 feet of waterfront. Listing details show direct ocean access, no fixed bridges and a private dock—basically the Jupiter luxury-home checklist with very little left off it, according to Redfin’s property listing.
The residence hit the market in March for $18.995 million before selling for about 14% less than that asking price. Marketing materials highlighted water views from nearly every room, a renovated primary bath, a guest suite with kitchenette, a summer kitchen and expansive indoor-outdoor entertaining areas.
