Trial date set for brothers accused of killing Irondequoit family of four

Rochester, N.Y. — Details are being finalized for the murder trial of two brothers accused of killing their cousin, his girlfriend and the couple’s two young children in Irondequoit nearly two years ago.

Authorities said Luis Francisco Soriano and Julio Cesar Pimentel-Soriano tortured and killed 30-year-old Fraime Ubaldo, 26-year-old Marangely Moreno Santiago, 4-year-old Evangeline Ubaldo-Moreno and 2-year-old Sebastian Ubaldo-Moreno in the family’s home on Knapp Avenue before setting it on fire Aug. 31, 2024.
