Police seek 2 suspects in NYC afternoon necklace-snatching robberies

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying two men wanted for questioning in connection with a pair of necklace robberies that occurred minutes apart in the Bronx earlier this month.

The incidents unfolded in the Van Nest and Mott Haven neighborhoods on Thursday, July 2, police said.

According to police, the first robbery occurred at about 12:26 p.m. in front of 2500 White Plains Rd. in Van Nest.
