BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Livingston Parish woman was arrested following an investigation into the theft of money from the Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana.
Kelli Gordon Guitrau, 41, of Livingston, was charged with forgery, identity theft, government benefits fraud, and theft after allegedly stealing over $10,000 in benefits from the retirement system.
