Sioux Falls woman gets 6-year sentence for conspiring to distribute meth

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – A Sioux Falls woman was convicted of Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance on Monday, July 27.

Jannelle Olson, 47, was sentenced to 6 years and 6 months in federal prison, 3 years of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.

Olson was indicted for Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Substance by a federal grand jury in October of 2025 and pleaded guilty in May of 2026…
