Speedway gas station sells $1M Ohio Lottery ticket

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WJW) – A gamble on a $20 scratch-off ticket paid off big time for a Columbus man who said he now plans to buy a house, pay off his car and share some of the winnings with loved ones.

According to the Ohio Lottery, the lucky $1,000,000 Stacked Scratch-Off was purchased at a Speedway in Upper Arlington.

The winner told lottery officials he couldn’t believe it when he saw that he had won the jackpot of $40,000 per year for 25 years, which is $1 million.
