The San Francisco Office of the Chief Medical Examiner on Wednesday identified the bicyclist fatally hit by a driver in the city’s South of Market neighborhood this month as David Wesley Reinhart.
Reinhart, a 57-year-old San Francisco resident, was struck while cycling through the intersection of Sixth and Tehama streets on July 14. First responders were called shortly after 4 a.m.
Medics took Reinhart to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center for treatment, but he was pronounced dead later that day…
