Raleigh police hold 100% clearance rate in murder cases; average 95% over 3 decades

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Detectives with the Raleigh Police Department are maintaining a 100% clearance rate for murders this year, meaning an arrest has been made in every single homicide.

It’s not new to the department. For decades now, the clearance rate has hovered around 100%.
