MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Saul Martinez, the 22-year-old man accused of killing his three-year-old son, Joseph Martinez, appeared back in court on Thursday.
This was Martinez’s third court appearance as he remains behind bars without bond. He is facing multiple charges, including first-degree murder and tampering with evidence.
