Syracuse, N.Y. ― An employee for Spay and Neuter Syracuse has been charged with stealing more than $187,000 from the nonprofit organization, a prosecutor confirmed.
The woman appeared to be using the money at Central New York casinos, prosecutor Tim Frateschi said Monday.
