AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Three Romanian nationals accused of installing card-skimming devices at Amarillo retailers have been arrested in connection with an organized financial crime operation that authorities said targeted several West Texas cities.
Sebastian Ionut Stefan Bratu, Francesco Matei and Iosiv-Roberto Curea were arrested July 16 in San Antonio, according to the Texas Financial Crimes Intelligence Center.
