On Thursday morning, July 30, at 08:40 a.m. Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) officers were dispatched to Truman Road and Cleveland Avenue on a shooting call.
On arrival, officers located a vehicle that appeared to have gunshot damage which had come to rest at that location. Inside was an adult male shooting victim who was found unresponsive. Emergency Medical Services responded and declared the victim deceased at the scene…
